Bernard lives in Gwynedd and is a member of the Llanaelhaearn & Trefor Community Council. He works in Llandudno and previously spent 32 years in the Railway Industry. His interests include Horse Racing, Gardening and is a Chelsea supporter.
Bernard is the Deputy Chairman Political for North Wales Area.
Recently Bernard was elected successfully as the Chairman of Welsh Conservative Party.
